Development Teams · For companies

A development team in Serbia
that works like your own.

We assemble and run senior engineering teams for companies in Canada, the US and Europe. From one engineer in your sprint to a whole team that owns a platform, with a US contract, your tools and your way of working.

The first call is free. We sign your NDA before we see your code.

01 / Experience

Experience where mistakes are expensive.

We have assembled and run Serbian teams for Canadian companies, on products that move money, grades, health data and live bets. Eight industries, one standard: code that holds up in production.

01

Fintech and payments

Payments, wallets and crypto products: ledgers that always reconcile, KYC and AML flows, webhooks and compliance reporting.

02

AI and B2B SaaS

Multi-tenant SaaS and LLM features that actually reach production: assistants, search across documents and workflow automation.

03

Logistics and transport

Real-time shipment tracking, route planning, dispatch dashboards and driver apps, wired into carrier systems.

EdTech

A platform 15 schools in Canada use every day: enrollment, classes, grading, teacher and student roles, and AI help through the coursework.

Scheduling, patient portals and sensitive data, handled with role-based access, encryption and a trail of every change.

We do not name our fintech and iGaming clients publicly, because they rarely want us to. We share the details of that work on a call, under NDA.

02 / Engagement models

Three ways to work together.

Start with one engineer or a whole team, and change the model as the product grows.

01

Team extension

Engineers inside your team

Senior engineers join your existing team: your sprints, your tools, your tech lead. We take care of selection, contracts, equipment and replacement.

02

Dedicated team

A whole team for your product

A team that works only on your product: a tech lead, engineers and QA, plus design and DevOps when needed. You set the priorities; our tech lead runs delivery and answers for quality.

Managed project

Fixed-scope delivery

We take the whole project from specification to production: an MVP, a new module, a migration or an integration. Scope and price are agreed per phase and do not change once agreed.

03 / How we build teams

From the first call to a team that ships.

Usually two to four weeks, in five steps. Nobody joins your team without your approval.

  1. 01

    A call about the product

We go through the product, the stack, the roadmap and how your team works. We agree the roles, the seniority and the shared working hours.

    1-2 days
  2. 02

    Team proposal

You get a proposed team: roles, seniority, stack and monthly cost. Before you commit to anything.

    2-3 days
  3. 03

    Selecting the people

We pick candidates from a network of engineers we have worked with for years. We vet each one technically, and you interview the finalists and approve every person.

    1-2 weeks
  4. 04

    Onboarding

Access to your tools, a walk through the code and the architecture, and first tickets in the first week. Progress is measured in code that reaches production, not in slides.

    First week
  5. 05

    Delivery and growth

Sprints, demos, a weekly written update and one accountable person on our side. The team grows or shrinks as your roadmap changes.

    Every week

How we choose engineers

  • A technical interview with a senior engineer: architecture, code and decisions from past projects.
  • A practical task from a real domain, not algorithm puzzles.
  • English and communication: clear pull request descriptions, questions asked early, written updates.
  • Experience with production systems that real users relied on.
  • Checks with people they have worked with before.
If someone is not the right fit

Tell us. We propose a replacement at no extra cost and run the handover, so the work does not stop.

04 / Technology

We build the team around your stack, not the other way round. These are the technologies our engineers run in production.

05 / Why us

Engineers in Serbia, a contract with a US company.

01

One contract with a US company

You contract with Father of Web LLC, a registered US company. A contract, an invoice and a payment your finance team already recognises.

02

The code and the rights are yours

All rights to the code, design and documentation pass to your company. We sign your NDA before we see your code or your roadmap.

03

A network, not a job ad

We build teams from a network of engineers we have worked with for years, so we know how they work before we propose them to you.

04

Senior people, European costs

Engineers with experience on products in production, at a cost well below hiring in Canada or the US.

05

Direct, in English

Engineers work in your Slack, Jira and GitHub. There is nobody between you and the people writing the code.

06

One accountable person

The founder, Luka Stojanović, answers for every team. When something needs fixing fast, you have his direct number.

06 / FAQ

What companies ask before we start.

How fast can you put a team together?

We usually propose the first candidates within a week of the first call. One or two engineers can start in about two weeks, and a full team in two to four, depending on the stack and the seniority.

Can we interview the engineers before they start?

Yes. You talk to every finalist and approve every person. Nobody joins your team without your approval.

Who owns the code and the IP?

You do. The contract assigns all rights to the code, design and documentation to your company, and we sign your NDA before we see your code or your roadmap.

How does billing work?

Team extension and dedicated teams are billed monthly, per engineer, by seniority and allocation. A managed project has a fixed price per phase, agreed up front. Invoices come from Father of Web LLC.

What if someone on the team is not the right fit?

Tell us. We propose a replacement at no extra cost and run the handover, so the work does not stop.

How do you handle the time difference with Canada and the US?

For North American teams we shift our working hours to give at least four hours of overlap with the East Coast. With Europe we overlap for the whole working day.

Do you work with agencies as a white-label partner?

Yes. We work under your brand and under NDA, and we only talk to your client if you want us to.

How small can we start?

With one engineer, and the team grows once the collaboration proves itself. For team extension and dedicated teams we recommend at least three months, because that is how long it takes a team to really learn a product.
