Google Ads. From search to enquiry.

We manage Google Ads campaigns around what your customer searches for, the ad they see and the page they land on. The goal is relevant calls, enquiries and sales, with a clear view of what is being measured.

The first consultation is free. Scope, fees and ad budget are agreed before work starts.

What is Google Ads advertising?

Google Ads is a platform for paid advertising. For service businesses, we often start with search ads that reach people looking for a service you offer. PPC means pay per click: a click creates an opportunity for a conversation, but is not itself a new customer.

What Google Ads management includes

Campaign setup is the start. Ongoing work covers search terms, ads, spending and enquiry quality within an agreed scope.

01

Offer and keyword research

Identify the services you want to sell and the language prospective customers use. Separate buying intent from searches for jobs, courses or free instructions when those are outside your offer.

02

Search campaign setup

Build the campaign structure, ad groups, copy and supporting assets. Each message and landing page follows a specific service instead of sending every visitor to a generic homepage.

03

Locations, schedule and budget

Agree where you operate and when you can respond to enquiries. Check location targeting and ad schedules, and allocate budget according to goals and campaign data.

04

Enquiry and purchase measurement

Define meaningful actions: a submitted form, phone number click or purchase. Check for duplicate events and distinguish a phone click from a confirmed conversation or sale.

05

Existing campaign optimisation

Review available search terms, exclude irrelevant queries and test messaging. Adjust settings using results and data quality while monitoring spending.

06

Reporting that informs decisions

See spending, recorded conversions and cost per conversion, with an explanation of exactly what each measure means. Reports include changes made and recommendations for the next period.

02 / GOOGLE ADS

Three parts of a useful campaign.

01

A relevant search

Target searches that match your offer and the area you serve.

02

A clear landing page

A mobile visitor quickly understands the service, why to trust you and how to call.

03

A verified enquiry

Track website actions and work with you to identify which enquiries become real business.

Who Google Ads can help

01

Service businesses seeking calls

Service companies, contractors and B2B businesses can target searches for a specific problem. The service area, a clear offer and someone available to take the call all matter.

02

Online stores tracking purchases

Connect campaigns to relevant products and purchase values. Formats depend on the market, account and platform eligibility rather than a promise to use every format.

03

Businesses already running ads

If clicks arrive but you do not know what they bring, start by reviewing tracking, searches and landing pages. An account review identifies what to keep and what needs attention.

If customers are not searching for your kind of product, the website does not explain the offer or enquiries cannot be handled, address that first. A larger budget alone will not solve it.

How the engagement works

  1. 01

    Discuss and review

Review your offer, market, website and any existing campaigns. Agree whether the goal is a call, a qualified enquiry or an online purchase.

  2. 02

    Plan and set up

Receive a proposed scope, budget and measurement plan. Set up or improve campaigns and check the path from an ad to the intended action on a phone.

  3. 03

    Launch and optimise

Launch after your approval and platform ad approval. Monitor spending, searches and conversions; make decisions when enough relevant data is available.

  4. 04

    Review results monthly

Review recorded results alongside the quality of contacts you received. Agree what to continue, what to change and whether an increased budget is justified.

How much does Google Ads management cost?

The total consists of the budget paid to Google and our management fee. The scope depends on services, markets, campaigns and the existing account. Call us to discuss your situation and agree a specific quote.

01

Advertising budget

Paid to Google through your own ad account. We propose it after reviewing your market and goals, then agree the amount before launch. Daily spend can vary under the platform’s budget rules.

02

Setup and management

Research, campaign work, measurement checks, optimisation and reporting. The quote states what is included and whether initial setup has a separate fee.

03

Any website changes

A new landing page, substantial technical changes or CRM connections are scoped separately. Before launch, you know what the website needs to receive campaign visitors.

06 / GOOGLE ADS

A click, an enquiry and a customer are different.

Reporting should explain what a campaign brings and where measurement ends. This distinction is especially important when your goal is phone calls.

01

An ad click

Someone arrived at the website. This indicates interest but does not confirm an enquiry.

02

A phone click or submitted form

A website action was recorded. Tapping a number enables a call; it does not prove a conversation took place.

03

A qualified enquiry or won job

Confirm these in your records or CRM. Where appropriate connections and conditions exist, use them to assess campaign performance.

Tracking actual telephone conversations depends on service availability and the technical solution. We check what is possible for your number and market before setup.

The account stays yours.

Your Google Ads account, campaign history and data remain yours. We receive access for the agreed work. Ad spend is separate from management fees, and reporting shows both strong and weak results.

Campaigns built around the market you serve

Our team works from Serbia with businesses locally and internationally. Targeting follows where you deliver services or products. For local businesses, we check the distinction between presence in an area and interest in it.

Questions before starting a Google Ads campaign

What budget do I need for Google Ads?

There is no universal starting budget. It depends on click costs, locations, competition and the number of relevant enquiries you want to test. We review the offer and market before proposing an affordable test budget. Management fees are separate.

Do I pay Google or the agency?

Pay the advertising budget to Google through your own account. Pay us for agreed setup and management work. Website changes and additional integrations are listed separately so you know what you are paying for.

How quickly can I expect results?

Ads can start bringing visitors after launch and approval. That does not guarantee quick sales. Evaluating enquiry quality and optimising campaigns requires data; timing depends on budget, demand and the sales cycle.

Do you guarantee first position or a number of calls?

No. Ad placement depends on the auction, relevance, competition and other factors. Won business also depends on the offer, website and enquiry handling. We agree goals and measurement, then report from your account and records.

Can you take over an existing Google Ads account?

Yes. With access you approve, we review campaigns, history and tracking. We do not create a new account simply to take over, because previous data can be useful. Changes are agreed after the review.

Do I need a new website?

Not necessarily. An existing page can work if it clearly explains the service, works well on a phone and makes it easy to call or send an enquiry. When it does not match the ad or makes contact difficult, we propose focused changes or a separate landing page.

How do you know whether ads generate phone calls?

A phone number click can be measured as a website action, but it is not a confirmed conversation. For actual calls we check available tracking options and your records. Reports state whether a figure represents clicks, conversations or qualified enquiries.

What is the difference between Google Ads and SEO?

Google Ads pays for advertising under the selected format’s rules, while SEO improves the opportunity to appear in organic results. Paying for ads does not buy a better organic ranking. The choice or combination depends on goals, budget and time.

Do you run formats other than Search?

We also work with Display and YouTube campaigns when they fit the goal. For local services we often consider Search first because the customer is already seeking a solution. Additional formats depend on data and availability for the account and market.

What should I prepare for the first call?

Your website address, the services or products to advertise, service area and an approximate budget. Previous results are useful if you have run ads before. You do not need to know specialist terminology or choose a campaign type in advance.
